Early Career
Dr. M. S. Hiremath did his MD from Sassoon Hospital and Extensive Cardiology training and DM from Lokmanya Hospital Sion, Mumbai. He returned to Pune with a flourish in 1982. He started by laying down a strong foundation of Cardiology in Joshi Hospital, Erandwane, Pune. Ruby Hall Clinic is where he commenced his Catheterization laboratory work and he is been Director of the Cath Lab of Ruby Hall Clinic for many years. 1987 onward the Angioplasty boom took off with exceptional leadership from MSH in Maharashtra. Dr. Hiremath has immense expertise in this field and is now among the top Angioplasters in the Country. He received numerous awards like Gentleman of the year, Son of the Soil and accolades from all over India and the world.

- Excellent Dr. I underwent angioplasty by Dr Shirish Hiremath in 2005 . Then I was 38 year old. Today, after 17 years, I am doing fine with God's grace and super skills by Dr Hiremath. The procedure was one of the best and appreciated by another leading cardiologist in Coimbatore, where I am staying and consulting for last 13 year. - One 58 years old male patient was admitted under MSH Sir at Ruby Hall on Tuesday morning with H/O chest discomfort, sweating, and uneasiness Angio done it has a 99% critical rating and an extremely tight block at RCA with a 2-place block at LAD. Additionally, as usual, sir performed PTCA extremely skillfully (for multiple blocks TCA is a game of sir’s Lt hand). The patient and his family were overjoyed, and they had no words of appreciation.
